Professional Pet Grooming Services

Experienced Hands. Exceptional Craftsmanship. Genuine Compassion.

For Kacey , the art of professional dog grooming has been a lifelong pursuit—one built on generations of experience, a dedication to continued education, and a genuine respect for the animals in her care.

Kacey's story began as a child, learning alongside her mother in the family's Florida grooming salon, established in 1982. Over the following decades, she developed her skills into a professional career spanning 35 years, eventually becoming the second-generation owner of Pampered Pup in Cape Coral, Florida.

Her extensive background includes preparing dogs for competitive showing, working with professional handlers to achieve precise breed-specific styling, meticulous coat preparation, and beautifully refined finishes. That early foundation in show grooming helped shape the attention to detail and technical proficiency that remain hallmarks of her work today.

Kacey's expertise extends well beyond traditional grooming. Her skills include advanced coat maintenance, line brushing and combing, precision scissor work, Asian Fusion styling, creative grooming, and specialized techniques for a wide variety of coat types. She particularly enjoys working with Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and Scottish Terriers, while welcoming dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. Current clientele includes wolf hybrids, cats, guinea pigs, a couple birds etc. Even skunks, pigs, turtles, racoons and other exotics have been customers.

Throughout her career, Kacey has remained committed to professional development, regularly attending grooming education seminars and pursuing additional training in canine behavior, handling techniques, and modern grooming styles.

But what truly defines Kacey's approach isn't simply what she can accomplish with a pair of scissors.

It's her belief that the dog—not the haircut—is always the first priority.

She recognizes that some dogs need additional patience, reassurance, or time to develop trust. Whether caring for a senior dog, a nervous first-time visitor, or an animal with challenging behavioral needs, Kacey believes in working with the dog rather than against it. Her calm, patient approach and decades of practical experience allow her to adapt her techniques to the individual animal.

After years of operating a busy, established grooming salon in Southwest Florida, Kacey and her family are beginning a new chapter in Talkeetna, Alaska. Drawn to the character, independence, and personal connections of small-town life, they look forward to becoming part of a community where relationships still matter and quality craftsmanship is appreciated.

Hopeful to open in summer 2027, All Dall'd Up will offer a more personal grooming experience, bringing the knowledge and technical expertise of a seasoned professional to the dogs and families of Talkeetna and the surrounding communities.

Whether your companion needs a meticulous breed-specific finish, thorough maintenance of a demanding coat, or simply a comfortable, thoughtfully executed groom, Kacey brings the same commitment to every appointment: skilled hands, individual attention, and respect for the dog.
